Construction, restoration, and the companies that supply them

Software for the jobsite, the pack-out, and the sale.

PV Services builds tools for construction and site services rental, restoration and pack-outs, and the sales teams behind both.

A contractor needs fencing, containers, toilets and a dumpster on a site by Thursday. A restoration company needs a house packed out, hauled and stored while it is repaired. A sales team needs the lead that came in this morning to still be moving next week. Those are three different problems, and each one has a tool below built for it.

Construction and site services rental

Getting equipment onto a jobsite

A site needs temporary fencing before anyone breaks ground, containers to lock tools in, toilets and handwashing for the crew, dumpsters for what comes out, and generators and light towers once the work runs past daylight. Every one of those comes from a different supplier, on a different schedule, at a different phone number.

The companies that rent this equipment have the opposite problem. Work turns up for services they do not carry, or in areas they do not cover, and it goes back out the door because there is nowhere sensible to send it.

Two products sit on either side of that. One is where the request gets filed and assigned. The other is how rental companies hand each other the jobs they cannot take.

PV Site Services Broker Portal

File and assign on-site service requests between clients and providers.

The Broker Portal is a request board between the people who have a site to service and the people who service it. A client files a request, a broker assigns a provider to it, and both sides work the job from the same place.

A request carries the site address, the date it is needed and what the site needs. Once a provider is assigned, everyone on the job follows one activity thread, so the request, the assignment and every update after it sit in a single record.

  • Request board
  • Broker assigned
  • One activity thread

Services requested through the portal

  • Temporary fencing
  • Conex and storage containers
  • Portable toilets
  • Dumpsters
  • Portable handwashing stations
  • Restroom trailers
  • Mobile office trailers
  • Generators
  • Light towers
  • Jobsite security camera trailers
  • Traffic cones and barricades
  • Ground-protection mats

Part of a longer list, and it grows with the providers in the network.

How it works

  1. A client files a request

The site address, the date it is needed, and what the site needs.

  2. A broker assigns a provider

The request goes to a provider who covers that service in that area.

  3. Everyone follows one thread

Client, broker and provider work from the same activity thread, so there is one record of what was asked for and what happened next.

ReferralBridge

Turn customer requests into rewarded partnerships.

Send the jobs your company cannot take to a trusted provider and earn a reward for them, and receive the jobs partners cannot take in return.

ReferralBridge connects site-rental companies through rewarded referral partnerships. Participating companies can refer customers to trusted providers in the network and receive digital rewards or e-gift cards for successful referrals.

  • Site-rental network
  • Refer out and receive
  • Digital rewards

Referrals move in both directions

Every company in the network is on both sides of the same arrangement. What you send out is what somebody else receives, and what you receive is what somebody else sent.

You refer out

When a customer needs something your company does not provide or cannot currently fulfill, you pass the job to a trusted partner and earn a digital reward or e-gift card from the partner who takes it.

You receive referrals

Partners send you the jobs they cannot take, so new business arrives without being chased. You offer a digital reward or e-gift card on the referrals that come to you and are completed.

Rewards keep it moving

Rewards are what a partner earns for the work they hand you, and what you earn for the work you hand them, so referrals keep flowing both ways instead of depending on goodwill.

How it works

  1. Join the network

Create your company profile and identify the site-rental services and geographic areas you cover. That is what tells partners which jobs to send you, and which of theirs you could take.

  2. Exchange qualified referrals

Refer customers to trusted partners when they need a service your company does not provide or cannot currently fulfill, and receive referrals from partners whose customers need what you do provide.

  3. Grow and earn rewards

Build channel partnerships in both directions. Qualify for digital rewards or e-gift cards on the referrals you send that are successfully completed, and offer them on the referrals you receive.

Restoration and pack-outs

Clearing a property and putting it back

After water, fire or storm damage, the contents have to come out before the building can be dried, cleaned or rebuilt. That is a pack-out: crate it, load it, haul it, store it while the property is repaired, and bring it back when it is ready.

It takes container rentals, labor and dumpsters, booked against dates that move. The restoration company and the supplier are working the same job from two different offices, and the schedule is the thing that quietly falls out of sync.

Live now

Pack-Out Portal

Accept jobs that require container rentals, labor work, or dumpsters to fulfill pack-outs.

The Pack-Out Portal accepts jobs that require container rentals, labor work, or dumpsters to fulfill pack-outs for restoration companies, pack-out companies, and more.

The parties on a job share one schedule instead of keeping separate copies of it, and every change stays on the job. What was booked, what moved, and what was added are all readable from the same history.

  • Containers, labor, dumpsters
  • Shared schedule
  • Full change history

How it works

  1. A job comes in

Container rentals, labor, dumpsters, or whichever combination the pack-out actually needs.

  2. The schedule is shared

Both sides of the job look at the same dates, so a change on one side is not news to the other.

  3. Every change is kept

Reschedules, additions and completions stay on the job, so the history is there to read rather than reconstruct.

Sales and marketing

Bringing work in and keeping hold of it

A qualified lead arrives and the clock starts. It gets copied into an inbox, mentioned on a call, written down somewhere, and a week later nobody is certain whether anyone called the person back.

The same thing happens a step earlier with marketing. Campaigns go out, something changes, and there is no way to say which part of it did the work.

One product is for the leads once they exist. The other is for making them exist, and for being able to see which effort produced them.

Live now

Lead Dispatch

Route qualified leads to your sales team and follow every one through to booked.

Lead Dispatch routes qualified leads to your sales team and follows every one through to booked. A lead has one place it lives from the moment it arrives, rather than a copy in an inbox and another in a spreadsheet.

The people working the leads get their own territory portals, so a territory sees the work in front of it instead of the whole board.

  • Qualified leads
  • Routed to your team
  • Territory portals

How it works

  1. A qualified lead arrives

It lands on the board with a status of its own, rather than in an inbox.

  2. It is routed to the team

The lead goes to the sales team responsible for it, in the territory portal they already work from.

  3. It is followed through to booked

Every lead carries its own status, so none of them sit without an owner or an outcome.

CampaignBridge

Marketing that gets built, launched, and actually measured.

Creative promotions across social media and print, discount tokens that expire when you want them to, and tracking that finally tells you what is working. Already running something? Keep it, and let us manage it properly.

Campaigns are built for you, launched for you, and managed for you, with the tracking in place from day one so you can see what your money is doing.

  • Social and print
  • Discount tokens
  • Tracked and measured

Already running marketing?

You do not have to throw away what you are already doing. Taking it over is a door, and so is starting fresh. Both are open.

Keep what you have

If you are already running campaigns, you do not start over.

We fix the measurement first

We take over the management, and the first thing we fix is measurement: the right promo codes, the right tracking pixels, the right attribution.

You can see it performing

You get a view of how it is actually performing, instead of guessing.

Or start fresh

If you would rather start fresh, we build something new.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you sell and who you sell it to

Your services, your market, and anything you already have running.

  2. We build and launch

Creative promotions across social channels and physical flyers, plus any discount tokens you want to offer.

  3. We manage it and you watch it

Campaigns stay live and looked after, tracking stays in place, and you can see what is bringing people in.

Who this is for

CampaignBridge specializes in marketing for moving companies, storage companies, site-rental companies, and real estate agents.

That is a wider audience than ReferralBridge and InvoiceBridge, which serve the site-services network. If you are a moving company or a real estate agent, this one is for you even though the others are not.

Getting paid for the work

The job is finished. The invoice should be too.

Site-services businesses bill monthly, and jobs end and move on. The crew is on the next site before the last invoice is due, nobody owns the follow-up, and the balance ages quietly while everyone is busy.

Chasing it is nobody's favorite job, and it is usually the first thing that gets dropped when the week gets full.

Accepting new companies

InvoiceBridge

Stop chasing the money you have already earned.

A dedicated team calls and emails your past-due customers until they pay, and they pay you directly. No factoring, no discounting, no selling the invoice.

Past-due invoices are the job nobody in your company wants. InvoiceBridge does the calling and the emailing for you, professionally and persistently, until your customer pays. And they pay you directly, into your own account.

  • Past-due invoices
  • Paid direct to you
  • Percentage of what is recovered

This is not factoring

Your receivable is never sold and nobody else ever holds your money. That is the whole difference, and it is worth being plain about before anything else.

The money goes to you

Your customer pays your company directly, into your account.

The invoice stays yours

Your invoice is never sold, never discounted, and never assigned to anyone else.

You keep the customer relationship

The follow-up is on your behalf, not against your customer.

You pay only on what arrives

You pay a percentage of what is recovered, so the cost only exists when the money arrives.

How it works

  1. Send us what is outstanding

The customer, the amount, and how long it has been sitting.

  2. We do the chasing

Calls and follow-up emails, consistently, on your behalf, without you or your office spending another hour on it.

  3. Your customer pays you

Straight to you, not to us. We charge a percentage of what actually comes in.

Who this is for

The same companies ReferralBridge is built around: site-rental and site-services businesses running temporary fencing, containers, portable restrooms, dumpsters, mobile offices, generators and security equipment.

These businesses bill monthly, and jobs end and move on. The crew is on the next site before the last invoice is due, nobody owns the follow-up, and the balance ages quietly while everyone is busy. That is the gap InvoiceBridge fills.
